1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Payment Terms
Fees, if any, are quoted in the currency shown at purchase. Accepted payment methods include: Credit or debit cards, Stripe or similar payment processor.
Billing cycle: monthly. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process we provide.
Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.
Taxes may apply based on your location. You are responsible for applicable taxes except where we are required to collect them.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.
Force majeure. Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, widespread internet or utility failures, epidemics, or governmental orders, except for payment obligations that can reasonably be satisfied.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution) will survive.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Service for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The arbitration shall take place in or near the courts of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable law, unless otherwise required by applicable rules. YOU AND THE OPERATOR AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive or equitable relief for infringement of intellectual property or misuse of confidential information.
